Enjoy the ocean breezes on our gated front porch while you relax and unwind. (My favorite morning coffee perch.) Located at 220 13 Ave in Belmar, our updated 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is just 2 blocks to the beach (2-3 minute walk) and within walking distance of lakes, parks, and town restaurants.
We have a large open floor plan that features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Dishwasher, wet bar, new LG refrigerator and separate wine fridge. Including Vitamix blender, toaster, drip coffee pot & grinder, Nespresso & Keurig coffee machines, pots, pans, cookie sheets, serving platters, dishes, dinnerware, glassware and more. Two smart TVs for streaming, high-speed internet, new 3 zone HVAC, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans throughout. New large capacity washer and dryer, 2 1/2 updated bathrooms, updated luxury queen mattresses, new bed linens & towels & a selection of pillows. Private master bedroom/ bath off first floor (4 steps down to yard level) with walk-in closet; leads out to new fenced-in yard, with patio, natural gas BBQ, outdoor dining table, and new hot/cold outdoor shower with dressing area. Smart locks, 2-car driveway. Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest.
Dining room is complete with table linens & serve ware & has enough seating for the whole family. Working gas fireplace in living room (winter). The front porch is a great place to have morning coffee & take in the sea air, or stroll to the beach and watch the sun rise. There is a dedicated work space in 4th bedroom.
There's lots to do in and around Belmar:. Whale & Dolphin watching, fishing, mini-golf, kayaking, surfing, parasailing, shopping & restaurants for every appetite to name a few.
Includes 4 Adult & 2 Senior beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, plenty of beach gear and a large cooler on wheels. Beach toys & board games at the house.
Chargepoint level 2 EV charger in driveway. NEMA 6-50 outlet. For Tesla drivers, it works with adapter that came with your car. (fee).
Adult Couples and families are welcome. No groups, please. You will be asked for a valid driver's license and to sign a short term agreement.
